Each channel in the battery test system can self-calibrate the voltage measurement mechanism by utilizing a precision voltage reference in the device, reducing the need for external calibration services.

BUILT-IN DCIR

Directly measures the internal resistance of cells automatically and provide the calculated results.

Reduced Footprint

Terma Battery Cell Tester uses a SiC (Silicon Carbide FET) power stage for the active front-end and a GaN (Gallium Nitride FET) stage for the DC output. The GaN technology offers faster switching speeds than SiC resulting in a smaller footprint.

Automation Software

The Integrated battery cell testing software is designed to control and test the performance and quality of batteries. This software is used to evaluate the electrical and thermal characteristics of the battery cells, as well as to diagnose any issues or failures.

The unique snapshot generator function acts as an oscilloscope, enabling you to capture and analyze fast transients with up to 10µsec precision. This feature is particularly valuable for battery cell testing and measuring quick, transient events in battery cells, providing detailed insights into their behavior under various conditions.
