Terma and RTX’s Raytheon strengthen strategic collaboration within numerous areas of defense
Terma and Raytheon, an RTX business, have signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The agreement aims to significantly expand the collaboration, building upon the successful projects the two companies have already undertaken together. The MoU outlines areas of cooperation that include advanced technologies such as command and control systems, space-based capabilities, and electronic warfare solutions.
The MoU was signed at the Danish Embassy in Washington D.C. by Steen Lynenskjold, Executive Vice President for Government & Partnerships at Terma and Robert Fitzpatrick, President, Requirements & Capabilities, representing Raytheon. This agreement highlights the growing cooperation between Denmark and the United States in the defense industry and further underscores the strategic importance of this partnership.
The agreement emphasizes the complementary strengths of both companies, leveraging Terma's engineering expertise and Raytheon’s breadth of next-generation defense solutions and position as one of the largest defense contractors in the world.
