Allies in Responsibility 2023/26

Allies in Responsibility is Terma's Sustainability and ESG strategy. The first phase running from 2020/23 strategy had 6 focus areas: Anti-Corruption, Diversity, Employee Health & Mental Well-being, Employee Safety, Human Rights, and Responsible Supply Chain Management.

We are proud of the progress made and the lessons learned in the first phase. These focus areas have now become a solid foundation of Sustainability and ESG approaches in Terma, which we will continue to nurture over the years to come.
