Australian Ambassador visited Terma
The purpose of the meeting was to introduce Terma to the Ambassador and to inform about Terma’s business activities in Australia
Herlev, Denmark - Mrs. Mary Ellen Miller, Australia's Ambassador to Denmark, visited Terma in Herlev today and met with Senior Vice President Jørn Henrik Levy Rasmussen and Strategic Business Development Director Jan Lauridsen.
The purpose of the meeting was to introduce Terma to the Ambassador and to inform about Terma’s business activities in Australia.
Australia is an interesting and important market for Terma. We are currently pursuing concrete opportunities, and we have delivered several naval systems and applications for Royal Australian Navy and land-based radar systems. In the fall 2017, Terma participated in the exhibition "Pacific 2017" in Sydney.
Mrs. Miller was appointed ambassador to Denmark, with non-resident accreditation to Iceland and Norway, in 2017. She is a senior career officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and was most recently Assistant Secretary, Non-Government Organizations & Volunteers Branch. She has held a range of positions in DFAT, including Assistant Secretary, Scholarships & Alumni Branch. Mrs. Miller holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Canberra.
