TERMA AT EURONAVAL 2018

Aarhus, Denmark – At this year’s Euronaval exhibition at Paris Le Bourget, 23-26 October, Terma invites customers and visitors to experience our C-Guard naval decoy launching system, SCANTER naval radars, and C2 C-Flex system.

During the exhibition, Terma and Chemring Countermeasures will sign an agreement. The parties team up to integrate Terma’s C-Guard Defensive Aid Suite and Chemring’s CENTURION fully trainable 130mm launcher resulting in a significantly enhanced, scalable Anti-Ship Missile Defense capability.

Terma's C-Guard decoy launching system provides 360° coverage and will effectively counter advanced threats like small range gate Radio Frequency (RF) missiles, imaging Infra-Red (IR) seekers missiles, and advanced next generation torpedoes.

At Euronaval, Terma will also present state-of-the-art SCANTER surveillance radars for detection and tracking of non-cooperative small targets in extreme weather conditions. Terma’s SCANTER portfolio includes specific solutions for naval, vessel traffic systems, and coastal surveillance purposes.

The C-Flex command and control system provides Patrol and Amphibious Vessels with surveillance, communication, and enforcement capabilities – supporting tasks such as law enforcement, interception, anti-piracy, and Search and Rescue as well as supporting naval operations including Anti-Air Warfare, Anti-Surface Warfare, and Anti-Subsurface Warfare.
