In 2018, Industrial Technician Per Andie Højer Nielsen received a medal for his final apprenticeship project in Terma/Grenaa. Together with nine other (former) apprentices, he is now portrayed in a series of short films with the aim of attracting attention towards vocational training.
Every year, the Confederation of Danish Industry and the Craft Medal Foundation in Eastern Jutland honor 25 young people with a medal for a particularly well executed final project and completed school assignment. The medals are awarded by His Royal Highness Prince Joachim at a ceremony at Aarhus City Hall.
The Medal Foundation and the production company “Opgang 2” in Aarhus have produced a series of short films called "10 VI KA LI" (10 we like), which aim to inspire young people in their choice of education and jobs.
