CSR REPORT FOR THE 2018/19 FISCAL YEAR
Terma’s Corporate Social Responsibility Report 2018/19 was approved by the Board of Directors at the annual General Assembly.
Terma’s CSR Report 2018/19 describes our efforts to be a socially and environmentally responsible company. In the report, you can read more about CSR at Terma in general, our improved CSR governance structure, as well as our activities and next steps within the areas; Anti-Corruption and Business Ethics, Human and Labor Rights, Environment, and Responsible Supply Chain Management.
Terma’s CSR Report 2018/19 represents our statutory statement on CSR and underrepresented gender pursuant to sections §99a and §99b of the Danish Financial Statements Act. The report also constitutes our second Communication on Progress (COP), as part of our commitment as Signatory to the UN Global Compact.
The CSR Report covers the period 1 March 2018 – 28 February 2019.
