TERMA EXHIBITS AIRBORNE AND RADAR SOLUTIONS AT NEDS

Leiden, 25 November 2019–At this years' NIDV Exhibition Defence & Security (NEDS) in AHOY Rotterdam we will display various airborne, naval and space solutions including the modular Aircraft Survivability Equipment (MASE) Pod – the ideal self-protection solution against heat-seeking missiles for medium and large helicopter platforms. The solution is fielded on several RNLAF platforms such as AH-64, NH90, AS550.

The MASE Pod solution is based on a proven modular concept consisting of the Terma ALQ-213 EW controller, a modular self-protection Pod and the latest generation Advanced Countermeasures Dispenser System from Terma. The architecture of the system is highly modularized, thereby prepared for DIRCM and various sensors.

On display will also be our renowned radar technology. We have been a world leader within radar detection technologies for 70 years. 3,000+ Terma radar systems are protecting borders, harbors, airports, coastlines, and wind farms worldwide. More than 85% of all major airports around the world and 65% of all coastal surveillance radar systems rely on our sensor technology.
